Austin College started using ThankView in February 2020, not knowing then how pivotal digital communication would be for the whole of 2020.
They intended to use ThankView to add some pizzazz to their scholarship outreach, but by the end of the year Austin College had used ThankView for so much more: prospect outreach faculty welcomes, and of course their incredible “Congrats! You’ve been admitted!” video.
Austin College is tracking how ThankView impacts enrollment in the long term, but by far the most exciting stats are that students are opening, engaging, and clicking the Call to Actio buttons.
