What is ThankView and what can I use it for?

ThankView is a one-stop-shop for personalized video communications. We make it easy to send and track one or thousands of branded, personalized videos. You can use ThankView for donor thank you's, solicitations, event invites/recaps, general updates and so much more.

How much does it cost?

ThankView is a subscription service that charges on an annual basis. Pricing starts as low as $49/month - you can see all of our plans on our pricing page.

How does ThankView work with my other technologies?

ThankView has many direct integrations including Salesforce, Evertrue, RNL, and Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT. Learn more about current and upcoming integrations on our integrations page. We can also build a direct two-way integration through our API or by access to our SFTP and we have options for easily transferring your data to ThankView. How is this different than technologies I already use?

ThankView has a similar campaign-style flow to email clients like MailChimp and Constant Contact, but is centered around video and can drastically increase the impact of your message. ThankView boasts industry-leading engagement rates (average open rates 50% higher and click-through rates 3x higher than standard email marketing), which means you'll reach more of your audience.
