Pepperdine’s video starts off in black and white, but then pops with color! This is another great use of effects and personality! These are excited about the upcoming which makes us the viewer excited for it!

Don’t shy away from making your video goofy or crazy! The right amount of crazy makes for an amazing video!

Don’t think that humans can be the only stars of the show. CSU Long Beach highlighted a project on their campus and did so with this amazingly cute video.

Who doesn’t like cute animal videos?! Plus, Avery and her handler also did a follow-up ThankView campaign where she thanked everyone who gave.

How to follow their lead:

These videos have three things in common:

• The video is short (30 seconds to 1 minute is the best range for your videos)
• The video features people (or a dog!) directly impacted by a donors gift
• The video shows instead of telling
