Spring Cleaning - Introducing Our New Archiving Campaign Tool

Spring cleaning checklist: baseboards, windows, doors…and your ODDER portal?!

Now is often the time to renew and refresh for an organized year ahead. While this traditionally refers to your home, we here at ODDER want to remind you that your portal could also likely use a spruce!

Your ODDER portal offers the ability to archive previously sent campaigns. Archiving is a helpful tool that allows you to remove a campaign from your immediate list without deleting it entirely. This is quite useful in cases where your list shows multiple years worth of campaigns. A clean campaign list helps to organize and prevent confusion and possible mistakes.

Archiving a campaign is simple. 

1. In Campaigns, find your desired campaign and click the arrow on the right side. 
2. From this dropdown, select Archive Campaign.
3. Confirm your action by clicking Continue.

You can revisit an archived campaign at any time by switching your campaign list from Active to Archived. Unlike deleted campaigns, archived campaigns will still be included in metrics. And remember, archived campaigns are never deleted. Campaigns selected to be deleted are permanently removed after 30 days.
