Blackbaud Raiser's Edge, Salesforce, & Zapier Integrations

Previously on ThankView integrations, we featured our amazing partnerships with Evertrue, Animoto, and GiveButter. Now we’re excited to add a whole new cast to the integration list: Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT, Salesforce, and Zapier!

Let’s dive into what each of these integrations looks like. 

ThankView + Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT

There are 4 different automation that can be set up from Raiser’s Edge to ThankView:

1. Add to a campaign – this adds the constituent into a ThankView campaign
2. Add to a list – this adds the constituent into a ThankView list
3. Attach a video – this adds the constituent to a ThankView campaign and attaches a video to the constituent
4. Send a video – this adds the constituent to a ThankView campaign and sends a video to the constituent immediately

One of the easiest ways to leverage this integration is to create automated workflows based on gift amounts. For example, for gifts between $0-50, you can automatically send a trackable, generic video. For gifts above $50, you can automatically assign those donors to a specific campaign where an individual recorder (or more!) can personalize the message.

For those that you decide not to record a personalized video for, you can have the system fire off a ThankView immediately, ensuring there is no lag between their gift and your follow-up!

ThankView + Salesforce

The beauty of Salesforce and ThankView is that you can either:

1. Import Salesforce contact lists into a ThankView campaign
2. Import ThankView analytics into contact records in Salesforce

Once setup, ThankView analytics will be pushed into your Salesforce account every two hours. Importing Salesforce lists into ThankView works with just a few clicks!

As an example, you could set up lists of donors that have given to certain funds or designations and attach those to ThankView campaigns that are tied to recorders directly impacted by those donations. Think along the lines of a student who received aid through an emergency fund or a coach whose team was able to attend an event or update their facilities through gifts to the athletics program.

Once your videos are fired off, you can automatically capture the results including open rates, click rates, engagement scores, and more on those same contact records!

ThankView + Zapier

Last, but certainly not least, is our Zapier integration. With Zapier, ThankView can now connect to hundreds of different apps – so the limit is really your creativity!

For example, you can:

• Record a gift or a pledge in VanillaSoft, which would trigger donors to be added to a ThankView campaign.
• Trigger a lead generated from a Facebook Lead Ad to receive a ThankView video from a Donor Experience or Gift Officer requesting a virtual meeting.
• Track when a donor watches a ThankView video about a specific program, then trigger any number of action items to be created in monday.com that facilitates next steps or follow-up.
• Have an Alumnus provide a new address via JotForm, then trigger a ThankView campaign with a video directly from the Alumni Director.
